Guzowski Advisory served as the exclusive sale-side adviser to the shareholders of Medical Data Analytics (“MDA”) in their sale of the company to RTI International (“RTI”).

Privately held MDA is a leading provider of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (“HEOR”) services to pharmaceutical and life science companies who are tasked with generating real-world evidence to demonstrate the value of new interventions to insurers, managed care organizations, regulators, and consumers.

MDA will be a division of RTI’s Health Solutions Business Group that delivers a variety of research and consulting services, including HEOR and patient-centered outcomes assessment, to the world’s largest pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
